Sustained Traffic Overage means the Clear Traffic Bandwidth over any 36 hours in a billing month is greater than the Maximum Clear Traffic Bandwidth (i.e. such that the Clear Traffic Bandwidth during such billing month will necessarily be over the Maximum Clear Traffic Bandwidth).
