Maintenance Window is usually scheduled in the early mornings during the weekend except for emergency maintenance. Upgrade and enhancement work on Nexusguard Platform will be carried out during this maintenance window. For planned maintenance, notification notice is sent to customer at least 2 weeks in advance.
