IDC maintenance is an activity that would involve a fix, or an upgrade to NXG owned infrastructure. It may be either service affecting or not service affecting. Urgent Maintenance - an activity that would need to have immediate attention and needs to be completed within 7 days. Notifications to clients are within a close duration on the scheduled activity. Standard Maintenance - an activity scheduled in advance pertaining to a fix or an upgrade of NXG Infrastructure which is usually given at least two weeks prior to the activity, ISP Maintenance - an uncontrolled activity of NXG upstreams that may occur in advance or urgently depending on the severity of activity. NXG SOC usually disables the ISP Peering to avoid impact to clients during the maintenance window of the ISP.
